Capture Manager

Job Summary

To support and execute federal pursuits, the full-time Capture Manager will manage the acquisition lifecycle of contracting opportunities, implement structured capture strategies, and collaborate with various teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of contracting opportunities and increase the probability of win across various contract vehicles
• Execute capture plans for pre-qualified pursuits, ensuring alignment with customer priorities and win strategies
• Conduct research and opportunity analysis to strengthen positioning and maintain accurate documentation in the CRM system

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
• 4-5 years of direct experience in full cycle capture management or federal capture support
• Working knowledge of the federal acquisition lifecycle, IDIQs, GWACs, and task order competitions
• Experience supporting federal health agencies such as VA, HHS, or CMS preferred
• Familiarity with federal health IT domains such as application modernization and cloud migration
