Capture Manager

Job Summary

To drive strategic expansion into federal healthcare agencies, the full-time remote Capture Manager will manage full lifecycle capture activities, execute capture plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business development efforts.

Key responsibilities:

• Support and manage full lifecycle capture activities for assigned opportunities
• Execute capture plans for pre-qualified pursuits, ensuring alignment with win strategy and customer priorities
• Conduct customer research, opportunity analysis, and competitor assessments to strengthen positioning

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
• 2-4 years of direct, hands-on capture management or federal capture support experience
• Experience managing federal accounts or business development within HHS, NIH, CMS, CDC, FDA, or similar agencies
• Working knowledge of the federal acquisition lifecycle, IDIQs, GWACs, and task order competitions
• Familiarity with federal health IT domains such as application modernization, cloud migration, data analytics, or interoperability
