Capture Manager

Job Summary

To support federal acquisition efforts, the full-time remote Capture Manager will manage the full lifecycle of capture activities, execute capture plans, and collaborate with internal teams to drive successful proposals for opportunities within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

Key responsibilities:

• Support and manage full lifecycle capture activities for assigned opportunities
• Execute capture plans ensuring alignment with win strategy and customer priorities
• Conduct customer research and opportunity analysis to strengthen positioning

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
• 2-4 years of direct capture management or federal capture support experience
• Experience with full lifecycle capture activities for federal opportunities within DHS
• Working knowledge of the federal acquisition lifecycle and related processes
• Familiarity with federal health IT domains such as cloud migration and data analytics
