Capture Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the growth of Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) business, the full-time Capture Manager will execute capture strategies and manage activities throughout the federal acquisition lifecycle in a 100% remote role.

Key responsibilities

• Support and manage capture activities for assigned opportunities throughout the federal acquisition lifecycle
• Conduct customer research and competitive intelligence to aid in capture planning and strategy development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop competitive capture strategies and maintain accurate opportunity documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in federal capture, business development, or proposal management
• Working knowledge of the federal acquisition lifecycle and related processes
• Experience in federal proposal development and capture planning activities
• Familiarity with federal health IT domains, particularly related to the Department of Veterans Affairs
