Job Summary
Leading complex federal pursuits, the full-time Capture Manager will take ownership of strategic capture efforts valued at $50M+, guiding cross-functional teams to develop winning strategies and engage with government clients, while working remotely or in a hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-lifecycle capture efforts, driving initiatives from opportunity identification to contract award
- Develop mission solution integration strategies and translate DSA's capabilities into differentiated solutions for federal customers
- Engage with senior-level government clients and partners to influence acquisition approaches and secure strategic partnerships
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in federal business development or capture management with a proven track record of significant federal captures
- In-depth knowledge of DHS and Federal Civilian markets, including procurement processes and competitive landscapes
- Expert familiarity with federal procurement practices and tools, including opportunities identification platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Government, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical capabilities into customer-focused solutions across federal markets
