Capture Manager

Job Summary

Executing capture strategies for federal opportunities, the full-time Capture Manager will manage the full lifecycle of capture activities remotely, collaborating with senior leaders and proposal teams to drive successful initiatives in digital transformation and cloud modernization.

Key responsibilities:

• Support and manage full lifecycle capture activities for assigned opportunities
• Execute capture plans to align with win strategies and customer priorities
• Conduct customer research and competitor assessments to enhance positioning

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
• 2-4 years of hands-on capture management or federal capture support experience
• Experience with full lifecycle capture activities for federal opportunities within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS)
• Working knowledge of the federal acquisition lifecycle and task order competitions
• Familiarity with federal health IT domains such as cloud migration and data analytics
