Capture Manager

Job Summary

Managing the contract capture process from pre-RFP strategy development through award, the full-time remote Capture Manager will work with the Business Development Team to build a portfolio of digital transformation projects aimed at modernizing government services.

Key responsibilities

• Perform full life-cycle capture of qualified opportunities, including market shaping and competitive analyses
• Contribute to go/no go decisions and develop compelling, compliant winning proposals
• Build comprehensive account and capture plans for targeted Departments/Agencies to align with strategic goals

Required qualifications

• 6-9 years of business development experience, preferably in the GovCon IT industry
• Proven experience with government proposals and understanding of federal contracting terminology
• Familiarity with Agile Software Development, Human Centered Design, or IT Operations
• Demonstrated fluency with relevant AI tools and technologies
• Experience with state human services or social safety net programs is a plus
