Capture Manager

Job Summary

To support and execute federal pursuits across government contract vehicles, the full-time Capture Manager will manage opportunities throughout the acquisition lifecycle, implement structured capture strategies, and collaborate with various teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of contracting opportunities and increase the probability of win through effective capture plans
• Conduct research and opportunity analysis to strengthen positioning and maintain documentation across the capture lifecycle
• Collaborate with solution, pricing, contracts, and proposal teams to develop compliant and compelling responses

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
• 4-5 years of direct experience in full cycle capture management or federal capture support
• Working knowledge of the federal acquisition lifecycle, IDIQs, GWACs, and task order competitions
• Experience supporting federal health agencies such as VA, HHS, or NIH is preferred
• Familiarity with federal health IT domains such as cloud migration and data analytics
