Capture Manager

Job Summary

Managing capture activities for federal opportunities, the full-time remote Capture Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop capture plans, and provide updates on progress and competitive positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Manages capture activities from qualification through transition to proposal for assigned federal opportunities
• Develops and maintains capture plans using established processes and best practices
• Coordinates cross-functional pursuit teams and ensures timely completion of capture activities and deliverables

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant professional experience, with experience in federal government contracting
• Experience supporting or managing capture activities, including RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs
• Working knowledge of federal acquisition processes and common contract types
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a remote environment
• Experience conducting customer and competitive research to support federal opportunities
