Capture Manager, Government Contracts

Job Summary

To support government business development efforts, the full-time Capture Manager, Government Contracts will manage capture activities, coordinate proposal efforts, and identify strategic partnerships to enhance contract award success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify Federal, State, and Local Government opportunities aligned with the business portfolio
• Lead capture efforts throughout the opportunity lifecycle, from qualification through proposal submission
• Organize and manage responses to government solicitations, including RFPs and RFIs

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Experience managing capture efforts for Federal Government and/or State and Local Government procurements
• Demonstrated experience responding to government solicitations and coordinating proposal development
• Understanding of the government acquisition lifecycle and competitive procurement processes
• Experience using GovWin or similar platforms for opportunity identification
