Capture Manager - Intelligence

Job Summary

To drive growth across the Intelligence Community and federal agencies, the full-time Capture Manager - Intelligence will identify and shape emerging operational needs, develop capture strategies, and position the company as a differentiated solution provider while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify opportunities within the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and federal agencies
• Develop and execute capture strategies, including account plans and competitive assessments
• Translate customer mission requirements into operational intelligence solutions leveraging various intelligence capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of capture management or business development experience in national security programs
• Demonstrated understanding of intelligence operations and publicly available information
• Experience shaping opportunities prior to formal solicitation release
• Proven success with complex federal technology or intelligence pursuits
• Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes and engagement with government stakeholders
