Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, public health, health informatics, or a related field
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in federal business development or capture management
• Demonstrated success in leading capture efforts for federal public-health opportunities
• Strong understanding of the federal procurement lifecycle
• Established network within the federal public-health ecosystem
