Capture Manager with Clearance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Capture Manager with clearance required.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across target industries or agencies
• Drive end-to-end capture lifecycle, including proposal development and contract award
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and facilitate discovery calls and demos

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or government contracting
• Experience selling or supporting complex software solutions, with AI/ML experience preferred
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms
• Working knowledge of FAR/DFAR and general government contracting standards
• Active security clearance preferred
