Job Summary

Joining a dynamic and innovative team, the full-time remote Car Claims Advocate will investigate and process injury claims, ensuring customers feel supported during stressful moments while maintaining high standards of efficiency and adaptability.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and process injury claims end-to-end in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
• Gather and evaluate relevant documentation, including police reports and medical records, to assess claims
• Communicate claim status and decisions to all relevant parties with clarity and empathy

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property damage or injury liability claim handling
• Solid knowledge of insurance laws and regulations
• Proficiency with claims management software and Microsoft Office
• A college degree
• Ability to work in a remote environment and adapt to changing needs
