Card Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Card Operations Analyst to ensure the efficient, compliant, and secure operation of the bank's card products.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and manage monthly card network invoices for accuracy and timely reconciliation
• Prepare and submit quarterly reporting deliverables on card networks
• Monitor daily card program metrics to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 3-5 years in card operations, payments, or a related fintech/banking environment
• Working knowledge of card industry best practices, including EMV standards
• Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple time-sensitive projects
