Card Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Card Operations Specialist to support card operations and ensure efficient execution of card support services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for the TSYS Loyalty Platform (TLP) and monitor daily platform activity
• Execute monthly First Line of Defense (FLOD) control testing and document results while identifying operational risks
• Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and support the administration of debit and credit card programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• At least 5 years of experience in financial services operations or card operation support, specifically with TSYS
• Strong understanding of card operations and transaction processing systems
• Experience in banking and/or card payments
• Working knowledge of operational risk management and control frameworks
