Card Programs Product Owner

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end card programs, the full-time remote Card Programs Product Owner will manage the scaling of multiple card products, oversee vendor relationships, and drive operational infrastructure to support significant growth in card program volume.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage every layer of Flex's card programs, including ledger, processing, servicing, and fulfillment
• Lead processor strategy and direct network relationships while holding vendors accountable for performance
• Build operational infrastructure to support five concurrent card programs and architect a scalable operating model

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in launching at least one card program from scratch as the primary owner
• Hands-on knowledge of ledger, processing, servicing, and fulfillment, with an understanding of vendor dynamics
• Deep familiarity with BIN sponsor dynamics, issuer processor mechanics, and card network rules
• 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in the financial services or payments industry
• Ability to independently manage the card program function and build a team as needed
