Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage card services staff and oversee daily operations
  • Establish and execute growth strategies for the card program while ensuring compliance and profitability
  • Foster relationships with stakeholders and coordinate with various teams to enhance customer service and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or Finance preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years banking experience, including card operations experience
  • Experience in managing Profit & Loss and associated budgeting
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role for at least three years
  • Experience in establishing and managing a revenue generation strategy
