Job Summary

- Manage card services staff and oversee daily operations
- Establish and execute growth strategies for the card program while ensuring compliance and profitability
- Foster relationships with stakeholders and coordinate with various teams to enhance customer service and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or Finance preferred
- Minimum of 5 years banking experience, including card operations experience
- Experience in managing Profit & Loss and associated budgeting
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role for at least three years
- Experience in establishing and managing a revenue generation strategy
