Job Summary

A company is looking for a Card Services Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage card services staff and oversee daily operations of card services functions
• Develop and execute growth strategy for the card program while ensuring compliance and addressing complex issues
• Measure key performance indicators and manage metric reports to identify areas for improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or Finance preferred
• Minimum of 5 years banking experience, including card operations experience
• Experience in managing Profit & Loss and associated budgeting and planning
• Experience in establishing and managing a revenue generation strategy
• Minimum of three years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
