Card Services Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Card Services Specialist to innovate and grow in Portsmouth, NH/ Hybrid or Remote in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and send emails to Card Vendors regarding pending payments
• Assist and educate customers on card payment processes and reporting
• Collaborate with team members to drive innovation and process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of Payments/Customer Service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a similar field (preferred, not required)
• Ability to perform self-guided research using various internal tools
• Willingness to adapt to positive change in a dynamic environment
