Cardiac Device Specialist

Job Summary

To improve patient care and outcomes for those with CIED devices, the full-time Cardiac Device Specialist will manage patient connections, perform diagnostic evaluations, and report on device functions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage patient connection and assist with troubleshooting transmissions
• Perform accurate evaluation, diagnostic analysis, and reporting of device data
• Discuss strategies for managing abnormal findings and ensure HIPAA compliance

Required qualifications

• Recent experience in cardiac device management
• Experience with major CIED vendors such as Medtronic, Boston Scientific, and Abbott/St. Jude
• Preferred certification: CCT, RCES, IBHRE, CRAT, CCDS, CEPS, or CDRMS
• Strong technical and computer skills
• Able to work effectively in a remote role during traditional business hours
