Cardiac Device Specialist Team Lead
Job Summary
To support clinical leadership and team development, the full-time remote Cardiac Device Specialist Team Lead Coordinator will mentor staff, assist with clinical decision-making, and enhance team collaboration while maintaining knowledge of departmental processes and fostering a positive work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Mentor new and established team members, assisting with decision-making and workflow assessments
- Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented culture within the clinical team
- Participate in team lead meetings and present clinical case studies or educational sessions
Required qualifications
- Undergraduate or associate degree in Business Administration, healthcare, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required
- IBHRE certification (CDRMS, CCDS, or CEPS) required within one year of promotion
- Current Cardiac Device Specialist II or Senior Cardiac Device Specialist role at PaceMate required for internal candidates
- Demonstrated track record of effective planning, organization, and time management skills
