Cardiac Nurse Case Manager

Job Summary

To support the management of Workers' Compensation medical cases involving cardiac conditions, the full-time Cardiac Telephonic Nurse Case Manager will utilize advanced clinical knowledge to evaluate treatment plans, monitor recovery progress, and collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure high-quality care in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced cardiac clinical knowledge to review and coordinate treatment plans for cardiovascular conditions
• Monitor recovery progress and collaborate with healthcare providers to support optimal medical and return-to-work outcomes
• Educate injured workers on cardiac diagnoses, treatment recommendations, and recovery expectations

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with proof of current state licensure
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience
• Recent cardiac clinical experience is required
• Experience in Workers' Compensation case management preferred
• Strong understanding of cardiac conditions, treatment protocols, and recovery planning
