Cardio Coding Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Profee Cardio Coding Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Profee Cardio coding services for an office setting
• Accurately apply diagnosis and procedure codes utilizing ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, CPT, and HCPCS
• Maintain compliance with coding guidelines and internal policies while participating in ongoing training

Required Qualifications

• Certification through AAPC (CPC or COC) or AHIMA (CCS or CCS-P) is mandatory
• Minimum of 2 years of on-the-job coding experience is required
• Working knowledge of EMR and billing systems is essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook is necessary
• Must maintain a productivity level and accuracy rate of 95% or higher
