Cardiologist Advisor

Job Summary

Seeking experienced cardiologists, the part-time Cardiologist Advisor will provide clinical, operational, and strategic insights to evaluate and support healthcare startups focused on cardiovascular care in a remote advisory role.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical and strategic guidance on healthcare startups related to cardiology and cardiovascular care
• Support evaluation of healthcare startups, assessing business models, clinical relevance, and scalability
• Advise on cardiology workflows, patient care pathways, and commercialization strategies for portfolio companies

Required qualifications

• MD or DO with experience practicing cardiology
• Board certification or board eligibility in cardiology preferred
• Experience in cardiovascular care, digital health, and healthcare innovation preferred
• Strong understanding of cardiology workflows and clinical decision-making
• Ability to commit approximately 2-4 hours per month to advisory activities
