Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cardiology Coding Supervisor responsible for overseeing coding activities and ensuring compliance with coding guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise staffing, organization, and direction of coding activities within the facility
• Monitor coding goals, workflow, productivity, and quality, conducting routine audits
• Assist in developing policies, procedures, and educational materials related to coding

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of coding experience
• 3+ years of leadership experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Current certification such as CPC, CCS, or RHIA/RHIT
• Knowledge of medical record content and electronic medical records (EMRs)
