Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operational Support Specialist - Cardiovascular.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and implementation of scheduling templates and operational policies for the cardiovascular department
• Act as a subject matter expert for patient access functions and assist in achieving departmental goals
• Monitor and report on access and operational data, collaborating with IT and data analysts as needed

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Three years of experience in a healthcare setting required
• Epic Cadence Certification preferred within one year of hire
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in electronic medical records systems and MS Office
