Key Responsibilities

• Pre-registers patients and schedules outpatient diagnostic procedures and appointments
• Handles a large volume of incoming calls and responds to inquiries from physician offices

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred
• Previous customer service experience in a high-volume environment
• Experience in an administrative or clerical position
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Experience handling a large volume of incoming calls
