Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cardiovascular Centralized Scheduling Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule cardiovascular diagnostic exams and outpatient appointments accurately
• Provide telephone and digital support for patients and provider offices, handling high call volumes
• Manage patient registration and ensure all necessary documentation is complete before scheduling

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred
• 1 year of customer service experience in a high-volume environment required
• Administrative or clerical experience required
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures required
• 1-2 years of scheduling experience in a call center or healthcare setting preferred
