Care Access Coordinator

Job Summary

To enhance member access to healthcare services, the full-time hourly Care Access Guide will research provider availability, negotiate with out-of-network providers, and coordinate logistics to streamline the member experience in a 100% remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Navigation team to research provider accessibility and appointments for members
• Streamline member experience by managing internal and external logistics, including medical record retrieval and administrative tasks
• Track and document actions taken using proprietary software while meeting competitive outbound production goals

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred
• Prior call center experience, preferably in an outbound production environment
• Exposure to medical benefits is preferred
• Experience with inbound and outbound calling preferred
• Prior experience in collections, customer service, provider services, or sales calls
