Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Access Guide to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with the Navigation team to research provider accessibility and appointments for members
  • Streamline member experience by managing internal and external logistics and tracking administrative functions
  • Build relationships with clinicians and service providers to facilitate patient acceptance and care coordination
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred
  • Prior call center experience, preferably in an outbound production environment
  • Exposure to medical benefits is preferred
  • Experience with inbound and outbound calling preferred
  • Prior experience in collections, customer service, or provider services
