Job Summary
A company is looking for a Care Access Guide to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Navigation team to research provider accessibility and appointments for members
- Streamline member experience by managing internal and external logistics and tracking administrative functions
- Build relationships with clinicians and service providers to facilitate patient acceptance and care coordination
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred
- Prior call center experience, preferably in an outbound production environment
- Exposure to medical benefits is preferred
- Experience with inbound and outbound calling preferred
- Prior experience in collections, customer service, or provider services
