Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Access Guide to join the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Navigation team to research provider accessibility and appointments for members
• Streamline the member experience by managing internal and external logistics, including medical records retrieval
• Track and document actions taken using proprietary software while meeting outbound production goals

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred
• Prior call center experience, preferably in an outbound production environment
• Exposure to medical benefits is preferred
• Experience with inbound and outbound calling preferred
• Prior experience in collections, customer service, or sales calls
