Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare initiative, the full-time hourly Care Access Guide will research and coordinate medical services for members, ensuring provider accessibility and effective communication while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Navigation team to research provider accessibility and manage appointment scheduling for members
- Streamline member experiences by handling logistics such as medical record retrieval and administrative tracking
- Utilize proprietary software to accurately document actions taken and provide critical data reporting as needed
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college education preferred
- Prior call center experience, particularly in an outbound production environment
- Exposure to medical benefits is preferred
- Experience in collections, customer service, or provider services is advantageous
- Proven ability to meet call count and production goals
