Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Access Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service in a high call volume environment while meeting call quality standards
  • Verify and ensure accuracy of patient information for safety and billing processes, following established workflows
  • Schedule new and follow-up patient appointments and assist with administrative tasks as needed


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One (1) year of customer service and/or clerical experience
