Job Summary
A company is looking for a Care Access Representative who will serve as the first point of contact for patients, staff, and physicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service in a high call volume environment while meeting call quality standards
- Verify and ensure accuracy of patient information for safety and billing purposes, following established workflows
- Schedule new and follow-up patient appointments and assist with administrative tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- One (1) year of customer service and/or clerical experience
