A company is looking for a Care Access Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service in a high call volume environment while meeting call quality standards
• Verifies and updates key patient information for safety and billing accuracy, following established workflows in Epic
• Schedules patient appointments and manages telephone communications effectively

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• One (1) year of customer service and/or clerical experience
