Job Summary
Serving as the first point of contact for patients and staff, the fully remote Care Access Representative will manage patient registration, schedule outpatient appointments, and ensure accurate patient information while providing excellent customer service in a high call volume environment.
Key responsibilities
- Demonstrates a caring and professional demeanor while managing customer relations and meeting call quality standards
- Verifies and updates key patient information to ensure safety and accuracy in scheduling and billing processes
- Schedules new and follow-up patient appointments and attempts to reschedule cancellations as needed
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of customer service and/or clerical experience
