Job Summary
Serving as the first point of contact for patients and staff, the full-time Care Access Representative will manage patient registration, schedule outpatient appointments, and coordinate communication in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Ensures excellent customer service by maintaining a positive and professional demeanor in a high call volume setting
- Verifies and updates key patient information to ensure accuracy for safety and billing processes
- Schedules new and follow-up patient appointments while handling incoming calls and directing them appropriately
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- One (1) year of customer service and/or clerical experience
