Job Summary
Serving as the first point of contact for patients and staff, the full-time Care Access Representative will assist with patient registration, schedule outpatient appointments, and manage communications in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Ensures excellent customer service in a high call volume environment while meeting call quality standards
- Verifies and updates key patient information to ensure safety and accuracy in scheduling and billing
- Schedules new and follow-up patient appointments and actively participates in departmental quality assurance
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- One (1) year of customer service and/or clerical experience
