Care Access Representative

Job Summary

Supporting the Primary Care Scheduling team, the full-time Care Access Representative will manage patient registration processes, including scheduling outpatient appointments, entering patient information, and facilitating communication in a fully remote environment from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

Key responsibilities

• Ensures excellent customer service in a high call volume environment while meeting call quality standards
• Verifies and updates key patient information to ensure safety and accuracy in scheduling and billing
• Schedules new and follow-up patient appointments and actively participates in departmental quality assurance efforts

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• One year of customer service and/or clerical experience
