Job Summary

Serving as the first point of contact for patients, the full-time Care Access Representative will assist with patient registration, schedule outpatient appointments, and manage communication in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service in a high call volume setting, ensuring call quality standards are met
  • Verify and update key patient information to ensure safety and accuracy in scheduling and billing processes
  • Schedule new and follow-up patient appointments and manage cancellations effectively
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One year of customer service and/or clerical experience
