Job Summary

Serving as the first point of contact for patients, the full-time remote Care Access Representative will assist in the patient registration process by scheduling appointments, entering patient information, and coordinating communication among staff and physicians.

Key responsibilities
  • Ensures excellent customer service in a high call volume environment, meeting call quality standards
  • Verifies and updates key patient information to ensure safety and billing accuracy, following established workflows in Epic
  • Schedules new and follow-up patient appointments while attempting to reschedule cancellations
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One year of customer service and/or clerical experience
