Care Access Representative

Job Summary

Supporting a high-volume specialty practice, the full-time Care Access Representative will coordinate patient appointments, manage scheduling requests, and ensure a seamless patient experience through a hybrid work model of onsite and remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in a busy environment, meeting call quality standards
• Verify and ensure accuracy of key patient information for safety and billing purposes
• Schedule new and follow-up patient appointments while attempting to reschedule cancellations

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher-level degree may satisfy this requirement
• One year of customer service and/or clerical experience
