Job Summary
Supporting the Care Line, the full-time Care Access Specialist will assist new patients with scheduling appointments, manage workqueues for timely scheduling, and ensure accurate patient information while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Ensures excellent customer service and meets call quality standards while assisting patients
- Schedules new and follow-up patient appointments and manages incoming and outgoing referrals
- Participates in departmental quality assurance by utilizing system work queues to minimize errors
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Three (3) years of customer service and/or clerical experience required
- Experience with patient scheduling and referral management preferred
