Job Summary

To support patient access initiatives, the full-time Care Access Specialist will manage the patient registration process, including scheduling appointments, verifying patient information, and coordinating communication remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Ensures excellent customer service and meets call quality standards while assisting patients and staff
  • Schedules new and follow-up patient appointments, manages referrals, and communicates cancellations as necessary
  • Participates in departmental quality assurance efforts and precepts new co-workers as assigned
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Three (3) years of customer service and/or clerical experience
