Care Access Specialist

Job Summary

To support patient access and communication, the full-time Care Access Specialist will manage patient registration, schedule outpatient appointments, and ensure accurate patient information while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and meet call quality standards while assisting patients and staff
• Verify and ensure accuracy of patient information for safety and billing purposes
• Schedule new and follow-up patient appointments and manage incoming and outgoing referrals

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Three (3) years of customer service and/or clerical experience
