Care Access Specialist

Job Summary

Providing essential support to the Primary Care Referrals team, the full-time remote Care Access Specialist will manage patient registration, schedule outpatient appointments, and ensure accurate patient information while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Ensures excellent customer service by demonstrating a caring and professional disposition in all interactions
• Schedules new and follow-up patient appointments and manages incoming and outgoing referrals for multiple clinics
• Verifies key patient information to ensure accuracy for patient safety, billing, and insurance processing

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Three years of customer service and/or clerical experience
