Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Care Account Operations Advisor will manage complex customer inquiries, ensure quality assurance of sensitive financial information, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on account operations processes, handling inquiries via phone, chat, and email
  • Own a case queue end-to-end, driving timely and accurate resolution while partnering with various internal teams
  • Proactively identify process gaps and contribute ideas to improve team efficiency and customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience, preferably in escalations or account management
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, multi-step issues with accuracy
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
