Job Summary
Providing centralized coordination and oversight, the full-time Care Administrator will manage program functions to ensure compliance and quality in delivering services aimed at preventing sexual abuse and neglect, while being available for on-call support.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring effective communication across all areas
- Oversee program management, including planning, coordination, and execution of deliverables
- Monitor program performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain compliance and service quality
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in public administration, social services, health, education, nursing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience managing complex federal programs with multidisciplinary teams
- Demonstrated expertise in program oversight, quality assurance, and performance management
- Minimum of 7 years' experience managing teams in a congregate care environment
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
