Job Summary
Supporting Care Coordinators in delivering high-quality member experiences, the full-time remote Care Adviser, Medical/Mental Health will execute care-related tasks, conduct research, and ensure seamless task completion to meet members' caregiving needs.
Key responsibilities
- Execute a variety of care-related tasks to support Care Coordinators
- Conduct thorough research to gather and analyze information for members' caregiving needs
- Proactively communicate updates and collaborate with Care Coordinators and Care Managers to ensure timely task execution
Required qualifications
- Remote work experience
- Associate's degree or higher
- 3+ years of work experience in healthcare, caregiving, customer service, or administrative roles
- Experience in specific areas such as medical, mental health, or in-home support services preferred
- Comfort with emerging technology and curiosity about tools like AI
